硅溶膠精密鑄造屬于熔模鑄造，大致的硅溶膠精密鑄造工藝流程如下：

1、首先根據硅溶膠鑄造零件的形狀制造模具；
1. Firstly, a mold is manufactured according to the shape of the silica sol casting part;
2、再用硅溶膠鑄造模具制造出來與零件一樣的蠟型；
2. Using a silica sol casting mold to produce the same wax pattern as the parts;
3、把蠟型放到硅溶膠與石英砂制成的漿中，蠟型上會有一層漿，之后會發生固化。
