The investment casting process of stainless steel precision casting simply refers to a fusible model made of fusible materials. After the model is made, several layers of fire-resistant paint are coated on the surface, and then dried and hardened to form a complete mold shell. After the mold is melted away by steam or hot water from the mold shell, the mold shell is placed in a sand box and filled with dry sand for molding.
It is sufficient to leave a small amount of machining allowance for parts with high requirements. Using investment casting can greatly save machine equipment and processing time, as well as metal raw materials.
